2. Authorized Use

Users may use Lablytics only for legitimate business purposes related to laboratory operations and activities authorized by their organization.

Acceptable uses may include:

• Managing laboratory operational workflows.
• Tracking operational information.
• Managing inventory-related information.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Supporting employee training activities.
• Improving laboratory communication.
• Reviewing operational analytics.
• Supporting quality and process improvement initiatives.

3. User Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Users must:

• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Use only accounts assigned to them.
• Maintain accurate account information.
• Follow organizational access policies.
• Immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

Users must not:

• Share account credentials.
• Allow unauthorized individuals to access their accounts.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Circumvent authentication requirements.

Organizations are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and account authorization.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Lablytics to:

Security Violations

• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Bypass security controls.
• Test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Interfere with platform availability.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Circumvent authentication or authorization mechanisms.

Unauthorized Data Activities

• Access data they are not authorized to view.
• Copy or extract information for unauthorized purposes.
• Disclose confidential information belonging to another organization.
• Upload information obtained unlawfully.
• Use the platform to violate privacy obligations.

Misuse of Platform Content

• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Attempt to discover source code.
• Modify platform functionality.
• Create unauthorized derivative works.
• Copy proprietary materials.
• Use Lablytics intellectual property without authorization.

5. Healthcare Information Responsibilities

Lablytics is designed to support laboratory operations.

Customers and users remain responsible for determining:

• What information is appropriate to enter.
• Whether information is legally permitted.
• Whether appropriate authorization exists.
• Whether organizational policies are followed.

Users must not intentionally submit information in violation of:

• Applicable privacy laws.
• Patient confidentiality requirements.
• Organizational policies.
• Regulatory obligations.

Where applicable, handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed by separate contractual agreements, including Business Associate Agreements.

6. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for ensuring information entered into Lablytics is accurate and appropriate for its intended purpose.

Lablytics does not independently verify:

• Laboratory records.
• Operational entries.
• User-generated information.
• Organizational procedures.

Customers remain responsible for their own operational decisions and compliance obligations.

7. Automated Access

Users may not use automated systems, scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar technologies to access Lablytics unless expressly authorized.

Prohibited automated activities include:

• Scraping platform data.
• Circumventing usage restrictions.
• Extracting proprietary information.
• Disrupting platform performance.

8. Security Research

Lablytics supports responsible security practices.

Users who identify a potential security issue should report it through appropriate channels rather than attempting exploitation.

Unauthorized security testing, exploitation, or disruption may violate this Policy.

9. Enforcement

SAAS for Healthcare LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Actions may include:

• Warning users.
• Restricting access.
• Suspending accounts.
• Removing unauthorized content.
• Terminating access.
• Taking legal action where appropriate.

We may cooperate with lawful investigations and regulatory authorities when required.

10. Changes to This Policy
